Viking Surf House ApS receives online payments with; Dankort, Mastercard and MobilePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
For payments with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website are exclusive of VAT.

When you book, you will receive an automatic confirmation as well as a follow-up email, and a New Year's email around the coming year. After that, you will not receive any more emails

If canceled more than 30 days in advance, you will receive a full refund.
If canceled between 30-10 days before, you will receive 50% of the amount refunded.
If canceled less than 10 days before, we can unfortunately not refund the amount of the booking.
Weather conditions for Surf & SUP
No matter how much we sacrifice and pray to the Surf gods, unfortunately we can not control the waves and the wind. We will go to great lengths to find a good and safe place to take you on the water, but conditions may occur where it is simply not possible or safe to take on the water. Our experienced instructors are ready to make these decisions.
If our instructors believe that the waves are not optimal or completely absent for your Surf lesson, then you have the opportunity to:
To go on SUP, Wakeboard or Mountainbike instead
To move your surf lesson to another day
If our instructors consider that it is blowing too much for SUP, then you have the opportunity to:
To move your SUP lesson to another day
Trying a Surf Lesson, Wakeboard or Mountain Bike instead
Insurance and liability
All teaching and all activities with Viking Surf House take place at your own risk. It is thus your own insurance that is valid.
​ Cancellation policy for the cottage - when booking through Airbnb
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if there are at least 14 days to the check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in date.

Cancellation policy for the cottage - when booking through Viking Surf House
60 days before check-in date - 100% refund.
59 - 30 days before check-in date - 50% refund.
29 - 14 days before check-in date - 25% refund.
14 days before the check-in date - no refund.

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop, as the item is of such a nature that according to Danish law can not or should not be granted a right of return.
